1. Payment Terms:
Payment will be made for vehicles only with the following documents:
- Certificate Of Title
- Picture identification Matched to the owner of the vehicle.
- Lien Release(if needed).
- Notarized letter of permission from owner to sell the vehicle(in case of a third party seller).
2. My Junky Car Do Not guarantee final price without physically assessing the vehicle.
All pricing over the phone,by email or text are subject to physically assessing the vehicle.
- Guaranteed highest prices is only by providing a letter of guarantee by the other licensed dealer. Means that the car dealer who offers the price will commit to buy the same car from anyone for the offer he(the dealer) made to the customer.
The value must be within the wholesale market prices(Auction MMR).
All pricing over the phone,by email or text are subject to physically assessing the vehicle.
3. Service Refusal Based on Location and our employees safety.
- We reserve the right to refuse service and limit the availability of our Services to any person or geographic area at our sole discretion. The Services may not be available in certain locations or may be limited based on local laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region subject to restrictions imposed by applicable laws. We may also impose restrictions on certain features or services in specific locations as deemed necessary.
4. Seller Agreement.
- Seller who’s using our Service Agree that you are using our Services in good faith, Accurate description legally able to sell the car. By accepting an Offer. You agree that it is your sole obligation to comply with all laws, rules, statutes, and regulations that may apply including any and all local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
- My Junky Car shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
6. User Responsibilities
- To use the Services, you agree to provide accurate personal information, including your email address, phone number, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and any other necessary details.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, sale, or return to any customer for any reason if the customer acts without good faith.
- These terms are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
By accepting an offer you agree to become legally bound by these Terms without any modification or reservation whatsoever.
